Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Effective Date: 20 March 2025 Thank you for choosing Julia Perryman - Career Coach and Workplace Wellbeing. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our booking policy below. 1. Career Coaching Bookings 1.1. Consultations & Sessions All career coaching sessions are conducted online via video call or phone. Clients can book sessions through our website, email, or phone. Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. 1.2. Payments & Cancellations Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. If a client is late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. 2. Workplace Investigations Bookings 2.1. Consultations & Quotes All workplace investigations begin with an initial consultation to assess the scope and requirements. A formal quote will be provided based on the complexity and estimated time required for the investigation. Investigations commence only after the client has accepted the quote in writing and provided any required deposit. 2.2. Payments & Cancellations Payment terms will be outlined in the investigation agreement. Cancellations made after an investigation has commenced may incur charges for time and work already completed. Clients must ensure full cooperation in providing necessary documentation and access to relevant personnel for the investigation to proceed efficiently. 3. General Terms 3.1. Confidentiality All career coaching and workplace investigation services are conducted with strict confidentiality. Workplace investigations adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring fairness and compliance with Australian workplace laws. 3.2. Rescheduling Policy If rescheduling is necessary, career coaching clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Workplace investigation timelines will be managed based on case complexity and client cooperation. 3.3. No-Show Policy Career coaching clients who do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit their payment. Workplace investigation clients who fail to provide required information or access may experience delays and additional costs.
